Currently working as FINANCE MANAGER for Department of Civil Aviation, Ras Al Khaimah with the following roles and responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the finance department of Dept of Civil Aviation of Ras Al Khaimah
• Preparing & supervising the management reports to be submitted to the Chairman and various Government Departments.
• Analysing business performance / results, providing feedback to Senior Management. (includes Trial Balance review, Budget Vs Actual performance analysis, fund flow preparation)
• Preparing budget for the new financial year and uploaded in Government defined form post coordination of budget figures from various related depts.
• Ensuring monthly and yearly closing of books of accounts within the stipulated deadline in SAP after performing all month end procedures.
• Act as liaising personnel between IDO, external auditor, banks, airport, Ministry of Finance, Finance Dept - Govt of Ras Al Khaimah for reporting purposes.
• Preparing VAT report and reporting to Government of Ras Al Khaimah for Return filing.
• Overseeing the work of accounts payable & receivable accountants (verifying all accounts payables, petty cash expenses and bank reconciliation)

Preparation of Financial Statement of companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. & balance sheet audit in accordance with International Auditing Standards
•Preparation of audit reports and management letters
•Undertaking risk assessment analysis including capital risk, currency risk, interest rate risk, market rate risk, credit risk and liquidity risk assessment.
•Responsible for various certification works to be submitted to statutory authorities, eg financial position & credit worthiness assessment of clients for Govt Contract awarding & loan sanctioning.

Year end stock take and audit of K G International FZCO, sole distributors of NTN and Nachi Ball Bearing Products in the Middle East and Africa

and completed three years of articleship as required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and continued as an audit assistant.
