Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the substation and transmission line sector
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including utilities, government agencies, and private developers
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Tendering:
Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting competitive bids for substation and transmission line projects
Ensure tenders comply with all technical and commercial requirements set by clients
Manage project budgets and timelines throughout the tendering process
Work closely with engineering, design, and other internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and complete
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and regulations related to substations and transmission lines
Identify and mitigate risks associated with bidding and project execution
Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy

Proven track record of securing new contracts and winning bids
Strong understanding of substation and transmission line technologies
