As a systems analyst designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. The work might be for an external client or an internal client (such as a department within the same organization).

Working closely with the client, analysts examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the client, and design an appropriate improved IT solution.

• Meet with the departments and analysis the system requirements
• Work with developers and assign tasks and deadlines
• Develop an online gallery website
• Keep communications between the department and the developers team to assure quality

• Liaison between 200+ student organizations and the university representation and extensive problem solving
• Oversee a $200, 000 budget. Approve allocation to and expenditures by student organizations
• Give multiple hours long presentations each semester to hundreds of organizations treasures informing them of the University’s expense request, reimbursement and spending policies
• Present approved budget to Student Council and work closely with Students Affairs as well as other influential campus administrators

• Manage and maintain three servers hosting 130 organization website
• Work closely with the IT department and the communication office to improve the university presence on the internet
• Build custom tools to monitor all the servers in real-time and implemented emergency failover and recovery policies
• Increase the efficiency to manage the servers
• Help Students organizations with their technical needs

● Implemented the first English as a second language web-based management system.
● Manage student’s information, grades, classes and absences.
● Generate instant report (Grades, enrollment letter, testing results and other custom made reports for other departments and international students’ agencies).
● Utilized by the Applied Language Institute at Missouri S&T
