• Design management for the Abu Dhabi-Dubai High-Speed Rail Project (Tender Phase) for the Dubai Section,
encompassing 52 km of high-speed railway. The scope includes two stations — one underground and one
elevated, presented as base and alternative options.
• Design management and technical coordination for the detailed design stage of the NEOM-Trojena project,
focusing on structures serving the Lake Perimeter. The scope includes 4.2 km of utility culverts, 6 viaducts,
and 39 stormwater detention tanks, two mountain roads, tunnel, retaining walls, rock-fall shelters etc.
• Project management of tender deliverables for the Trojena Lake Perimeter Roads, covering both Package 1
and Package 2.
• Technical coordination of tender deliverables for the Hafeet Railway Link Project (Abu Dhabi to Sohar),
covering Packages A, B, C, and I2, for four different contractors, including three concurrently. Linear
packages (A-B-C) includes two options: a double-track and a single-track layout, featuring 120 km of sand
mitigation ditches and berms, 2 tunnels, approximately 550 culverts, 27 underpasses, 43 overbridges, 20
underbridges, and 35 railway viaducts. Package I2 includes a depot, container terminal, yellow plant, and two
freight facilities.
• Aligning the 2D/3D model outputs from various acquired BUs and subconsultants to meet both internal and
client quality standards. Managed the production and quality control of BIM deliverables for a team of 30+
BIM Modelers and a BIM/CAD Manager, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines. Led the
implementation and oversight of automation tools across the MENA region, collaborating with multiple
business units to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

• The project management and detailed design coordination of a 70, 000 m² land-based recirculating aquaculture
system (RAS) facility for a salmon growth factory was completed, in Tsu City, Japan.
• The project management of the detailed design of Almohades underpass (Diaphragm Wall) project (2 km long),
including auxiliary structures, was completed in Casablanca, Morocco.
• The structural design of steel-concrete I-girder composite railway bridges was carried out to Eurocodes for the
Sibiu-Piteşti Sector 2 in Piteşti, Romania.
• The structural design of an arch steel truss bridge was completed to Eurocodes for the Sibiu-Piteşti Sector 2 in
Piteşti, Romania.
• The design of steel roofs, concrete tanks, and all foundations for buildings totaling over 70, 000 m² of a
land-based recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) facility for a salmon growth factory was completed in Tsu City,
Japan.
• The structural design of steel-concrete I-girder composite railway bridges was carried out to Indian codes for the
section between Rishikesh and Karanprayag, Uttarakhand, India.
• The structural design of steel-concrete I-girder composite railway bridges was carried out to Eurocodes for the
Tlemcen-Akid Abbas new railway line, Tlemcen, Algeria.
• The structural design of prestressed I-girder overpasses (PGAs varying between 1.07g to 1.61g) was completed
for the Çanakkale motorway project, Çanakkale, Turkey.
• The structural design of the Ain-Azra overpass for the Tizi-Ouzou Highway Application Project was
completed in Tizi-Ouzou, Algeria.
• The structural design of prestressed precast-girder and post tensioned bridges was completed in various
locations across Turkiye.
• Tender documents were prepared for international highway and railway projects in Algeria, India, Romania, and
Turkiye.

• Preparation of Tendering Documents of Civil Works for the Sitewide Utilities of the Istanbul New Airport/
• Preliminary and Detailed Infrastructure Design Projects including Wastewater, Stormwater, Potable Water, Fire
Hydrant Network, Landside Roads, Utility Tunnels, Service Roads and their coordination.
