Currently I’m working with AECOM as a Project Reports Analyst under planning department at MOD projects here in Riyadh. Responsible for planning, scheduling, progress forecasting and project coordination and reporting. Develop and prepare weekly and monthly Dashboard, update and monitors project schedules progress thru coordination with the project managers and consultants.

Responsible in all property related matters referred by the Mortgage Finance Group, Property Acquisition Department, Credit Underwriting and Administration Department and Legal Department relative to the internal revenue and local taxes to be paid, insurance requirements, registration/cancellation of mortgage, consolidation of titles, and other financial and documentation requirements required prior to financial and property resolutions.
Responsible in the application and procurement of tax declarations of land and improvements (declared and undeclared), certified true copies of the mortgaged titles, updating of tax declarations, payment of realty taxes;
Negotiates with various Stakeholders to fast track consolidation of titles, procurement of real property tax documents, titles, and other legal documents;
Responsible in the preparation of property administration manual (procedural guidelines and timeline for the prompt payment of internal revenue taxes and other local government taxes, which are essential requirements in the consolidation of titles, payment of real property taxes, insurance, association dues.
