Present Leasable areas and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
Assist in updating and developing leasing procedures and make recommendations.
Assist in generating and increasing rental income through the assurance of effective and profitable leasing of kiosks, ATMs, promotional space, ready-made stalls and any other rental opportunities.
Follow up on day to day tenant inquiries, and mall issues
Prepare periodic reports declaring the mall’s status, where we stand and what is to do next.
Observe tenant performance in respect to documents submittal, compliance with lease terms…etc.
Prepare for and attend leasing meetings to present leasing concept and proposals for approval and contribute to discussions on matters such as tenant mix, and occupancy rates.
Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants, their agents, staff and co-workers.
Overseeing the leasing processes and procedures to ensure that all conditions are met at a high level of efficiency.
Review all correspondence to tenants such as but not limited to (court orders, warning notes, circulars, fines, clearance, past due rent, etc ...) and inform the marketing and leasing manager of the same.
Coordinate with the concerned departments and divisions, in order to facilitate the mechanism of leasing section work flow.
Coordinating with the Finance Department in respect of lease payments and any other due charges for the lessee.
Ensure that all promotional kiosks are within the prescribed specifications by the mall requirements.
Develop and maintain an on-going tenant retention program under leasing Manager.
Mall Managers coordinate operations in large commercial facilities. Their responsibilities include directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, negotiating contracts, and approving marketing campaigns.

Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows.
Processes advance deposits on reservations.
Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
Helps develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
Prepares expected arrival list for front office use.
Assists in preregistration activities when appropriate.
Monitors advances deposit requirements.
Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.
