Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day assignments of Business Analysis and product demand teams in the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Lead the definition of system requirements for products developed by Mobily Internals’ IT/ network teams or 3rd parties for enhancements in time to market (TTM), collection cycle, sales process, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the implementation and delivery of marketing roadmaps to drive growth in various products in coordination with IT and engineering departments.
• Liaise with Mobily business users to map and evaluate their requirements and coordinate the development, recommendation and finalization of solutions.
• Contribute significantly to the formulation of business processes for product development complying with applicable telecom industry standards.
• Ensure the development and up-to-date maintenance of the library of enabling platforms - for products/payments and online channels - in coordination with various departments.
• Coordination the initial identification of impacted technology systems, analysis of root causes and development of mitigation plans.
• Work with the business continuity planning team in the development of the business as usual (BAU) roadmap and follow up for stakeholder approval.
• Support various business units/departments in definition and execution of strategic plans through elucidation of the capabilities of business solutions proposed by internal IT department/3rd party vendors.
• Define and lead the product development process (PDP).
• Lead, mentor, coach and motivate teams, identify and fulfill training and development needs to build and sustain a highly motivated, competent and productive team.
Responsibilities
• Manage the development, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of all B2B products, services and solutions.
• Support product management and segment management teams in the preparation of conceptual technical marketing product specification documents.
• Coordinate analysis of business requirements of the digital unit and preparation of requirement specification documents (RSD) enabling the IT development team in implementing required changes.
• Manage the development and execution of the business unit’s commercial roadmap in coordination with stakeholders including the enabling layer.
• Review and ensure development of products and capabilities covering commercial requirements, platforms and solutions adhering to the agreed roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams in defining methodologies for product development, prioritization, on time release, optimization of revenue and profit of the solutions, reduction in time to market and on-plan rollout of new products.
• Work with all support departments for on time development and execution of projects for delivery of long-term solutions and products aligned to global and regional trends in competitive markets.
• Interact with Mobily business Internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the business need.
• Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.
• Build and generate high quality RSD (Requirement Specification Document) that support and guide the service design on the technology Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with BU to collect all requirements related to the system capabilities, process enhancement and process re-engineering
• Make significant contribution to defining development standards for the development of business process as per the telecom standard.
• Create illustrating all system capabilities needed.
• Test and validate the deployed products and services against the RSD.
• Perform User Acceptance testing and share results with internal business owners.
• Declare the service readiness for sales.
• Generate User’s Manual to be used as guide for sales.
• Produced user manuals to guide sales and conducted training sessions - onsite, webinar and online - for sales personnel across various regions of KSA.
Responsibilities
• Work with customers to define project scope, estimate duration of tasks and prepared the Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) document, produced business case write-ups and proposals as well as architectural designs to provide software implementation solution to customers.
• Participate on generating new ideas based on research and analysis of the customer industry to achieve and increase revenue as well as redesign and documentation of business processes to facilitate adoption of new technology.
• Built functional specifications from high level business requirements, managed changes to specifications across the project lifecycle and coordinated with business units and project team members across multiple projects to deliver quality technical solutions to clients.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of developed solutions and enabled identification and utilization of opportunities for improvements.
• Organize training programs for business users on implemented solutions ensuring up-to-date knowledge and competencies in the use of the solutions.
