Design: Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign / Premiere / Audition. 3ds max for stand design for exhibitions.
WEB: HTML, CSS, Figma, VSCode, CMS Bitrix, SHOP-SCRIPT.
Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, 1c DO, SED.
Main responsibilities:
• Department management - 4 employees:
- distribution of tasks and incoming requests from other divisions of the company.
• Development of ideas and management of design projects (advertising layouts, packaging, corporate identity, logos, brand books, presentation materials, materials for social networks and advertising purposes).
• Control over compliance with the corporate identity.
• Quality control of manufactured advertising products.
• Correction of ideas and design concepts;
• Organization of photography for corporate products and events. Search, ideas, management of the whole process.
• Management of contractors: freelancers, printing houses, production.
• Internal document flow (payment of bills, conclusion of contracts with counterparties 1C EDMS UPP).
• Acceptance and shipment of promotional products to a warehouse or office.
• Organization of exhibitions and bldg. turnkey events. From payment and negotiation to final design.
• Direct participation in the development of packaging design and creative advertising materials.
• Planning the tasks of the design department and budgeting expenses for the RK.
• Development of the necessary technical documentation (technical specifications for designers, contractors)
• Administration of sites based on 1C Bitrix and Shop-Script.
• Editing and adding sections on sites using HTML & CSS
• I am also engaged in video filming and subsequent editing of corporate videos for social networks and Youtube
• Maintaining a common database, monitoring its updating.
• 3D modeling and visualization of POS materials packaging at the stage of layout approval for ease of perception of the expected final result.
• Development of concepts for corp. gifts, souvenirs.
• Participation in the development of strategies for the development of the company's operating activities and new projects.
• Development of layouts of advertising products (outdoor, printing, Internet banners, GIF / flash animation, souvenirs, video editing, 3D modeling).
• Development of slogans for bank products.
• Working with partners, mass media, RA with the aim of implementing joint advertising projects.
• Monitoring the progress of tasks.
• Search for optimal advertising media and control the effectiveness of advertising.
• Organization and participation in exhibitions.
• Control of updating information on the site.
• Manufacturing and providing operational offices with advertising materials.
• Opening additional. bank offices in the city of Moscow.
• Interaction with government agencies.
• Development and updating of the brand book, control over the quality design of front offices.
• Coordination of facade signs with the owners of the premises.
• Organization of the work of designers.
• Organization of interaction with internal customers;
• Preparation for the conclusion of contracts with counterparties and control over their execution.
• Maintaining and systematization of the bank of graphic materials.

- Creation of creative concepts and prompt implementation of bold ideas (posters, menus, invitations, postcards, banners - in large quantities and every day!);
- photo processing (retouching, color correction);
- design development and further layout of printed products;
- preparation of files for output, taking into account the technological requirements of printing houses (outdoor advertising, banners, etc.)
