MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
⮚ Project mobilisation.
⮚ Project budget.
⮚ Overseas recruiting plans.
⮚ Weekly / Monthly Saudization status.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
HR :
Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Manage health and life insurance programs.
Design and implement effective training and development plans.
Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews KPI`s.
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
Handling workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Payroll: employee enrolment and support the monthly processing by insuring data availability.
Recruitment :
Recruitment planning locally and overseas (Nepal, Srilanka and Philippine)
Sourcing and talent acquisition.
Onboarding arrangement process.
Training planning and assessment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Recruitment:
Communicate and corporate with ( Taqat, Technical colleges and Hadaf ) to find candidates for
the vacancies.
Communicating and interviewing the candidates.
Preparing the offer and the contract for the accepted candidate.
Human Resource Development Fund;
Build an HRDF system.
Create an agreements and link the employees.
Submitting the claims.
Allocation of funds received by cost center.
Tracking status of agreements, invoices, and job continuity rewards
Training and Personnel:
Design and coordinate training activities; Requirements, Quotations, Negotiations.
Review course material, Audit classes, and evaluate knowledge transfer effectiveness.
Review and develop policies in alignment with changes to labor law and corporate strategy
Temporary Manpower Employees: Control attendance and time sheet process
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Review Aldiwan reports for SABIC and it`s subsidiaries.
Build an Excel sheet to track Aldiwan requirements.
Contact with the vocal points to resolve Aldiwan notes.
Prepare the final report and present it.
