Job responsibility:
- Select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors to meet project needs.
-Draft, review, and manage subcontract agreements.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts, quality, safety, and schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities with project teams and resolve issues.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices, costs, and variations.
- Monitor performance, conduct site inspections, and enforce corrective actions.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships for successful project delivery.
- Preparing all back charges for Subcontractors

Project: Dirab Air Base Project and Fadhili Integrator Building Project
Job responsibility:
- Identifying and preparing the Variation order from the Client Instruction

Project: Jabal Omar Development Project (Zone S1 S2 N2 N3) - 10 towers of luxury 5 star hotels, as well as residential properties, commercial space, restaurants and parking areas.
Project amount 3.4 Billions SAR
Job responsibility:
- Preparing Bill of Quantities, Schedules of rates and Contract documents
- Take off measurement for Material Ordering
- Identifying the Variation from the Client Instruction
- Checking and finalizing subcontractor’s payment certificate
- Checking and finalizing the variation order and claims to Sub Contractor
- Quotations and negotiation with sub-contractors
- Attending for Site meetings with Client/Consultant
- Re-measurement / site inspection and measurement as required

- Prepare Material Submittals, Quotation
- Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems
- Working on Fire Alarm System (Mircom), CCTV System (Paraview), Intrusion System (Paradox), Metal Detection (Garrett) and Home Automation (Nice).

Project: Ministry of Education and High Education
Job responsibility:
- Site surveying and checking the faults to repair
- Make a weekly report to the consultant
- Execution of consultant requests

Training experience in low current: CCTV system,
Access control, Fire alarm system, BMS system, public
address system, data and telephony system.
