Major Responsibilities
♦ Preparation of monthly Financial & Management Reports
♦ Budget Forecast and Cash flow projection
♦ Preparation of variance reports and analysis the variances
♦ Liaison with Internal and External Auditors
♦ Prepare and monitor contract revenue
♦ Monitor subcontract cost and verify the billing
♦ To finalize reconciliation's for Assets/liabilities accounts.
♦ Ensure that an effective and efficient follow-up system is established for Multi Currency
Accounts payable and receivable, prepaid expenses and reserves for expenses
♦ To arrange various currency requirement for the payment.
♦ To Supervise Payroll, Payable, payments and Fixed Assets
Major Responsibilities
♦ To setup Accounting section, streamline and implement policies & procedure.
♦ Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts & reports
♦ Preparation of Budget variance report and analysis the variances
♦ Preparation of the Non-Performing Loan Report and reconcile it with Risk Management
♦ To Assist the Deal team and Investment team with P&L and GL
♦ Liaise in Budget Preparation & Monitoring
♦ To setup & control Fixed Assets Records as per policy
♦ Monitoring of Bank fixed assets investment budget
♦ Monitoring and controlling various expenses in line with Bank Policies
♦ To ensure that an effective and efficient follow-up system is established for A/c Receivable, a/c payable, Prepaid Expenses and Reserves for Expenses.
♦ To supervise staff and assist in handling their daily responsibilities and provide solution to the problems/disputes

♦ Preparation of Returns for Department for Zakat and Income Tax
♦ To Supervise monthly payroll of in excess of 4500 staff and workers
♦ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance. ♦ Bachelor of Commerce ♦ Certificate in Accounting for Islamic Financial Institutions from CIMA UK ♦ Certificate in Book-keeping from London Chamber of Commerce. ♦ Anti-Money Laundering Awareness Training from Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance
