● Responsible for responding to maintenance complaints received from all sites within a region. Including but not limited to Civil works, Interiors, HVAC, Electrical, Generators, and Fire Fighting Systems.
● Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment; identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to management.
● Conducting branch surveys for measurements and preparation of BOQ.
● Coordination with Vendors for timely execution of awarded works while keeping the quality standards in check.
● Planning the execution of works in coordination with branch managers and vendors for smooth branch operations.
● Preparing snag list in coordination with concerned stakeholders and following up till the resolution of highlighted issues.
● Daily follow-up on received complaints and coordinating with supervisors to resolve the complaints within the given time duration.
● Arranging weekly departmental meetings and preparing FMD performance presentations based on KPI goals.
● Identifying system improvement requirements and following up with the IT department for implementation.
● Managing department regional documentation.

• Review Failure reports of Critical Equipment of Plant for calculating MTBF & MTTR and reviewing the reliability by FMEA.
• Assist HOD in providing technical support to departments for Failure Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and RCM-Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Plan & perform technical audit of relevant departments.
• Ensuring compliance to Quality & ISO standards applicable to the relevant departments.
• Review performance of CMMS (Designed In-house) along with coordination of different stakeholders for improvement and development of system.
• Planning & performing preventive & breakdown electrical maintenance of Jenbacher Engines (JGS-320 & JGS-420).
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate, which includes Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level measuring and transmitting instruments.

As an intern in Instrumentation & Control Dept. at 220MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP). My responsibility is to analyze the process, the instrument used in the power plant and to get familiar with the data processing through DCS (Distributed Controlled System).
