• Project coordination and follow-up with vendors and ASAP teams.
• Conceptualization, Implementation, and monitoring of ASAP IT architecture spread geographically all over Kerala with 121 offices in 14 districts connected to HQ over the optical network.
• Vendor/ Service Provider relationship management, Project monitoring in line with technical requirements and timelines of existing contracts.
• Configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance of Data Center at HQ, ASAP HO Servers -Windows Server, Storage and Recovery, configuration of routers, switches.
• Coordination and Supervision of In-house Development of ERP- MIS, Placement Portal, and other platforms.
• Master trainer for the technical training session of stakeholders.
• L2/ L3 Level support - Updating and maintenance of a centralized IT support and help desk system.
• Project Gap analysis and assessment of additional requirements and related required documentation.
• Preparation of the technical specifications with budgetary commercial details, Procurement proposal - RFP.
• Supervision of the Testing and Acceptance, Project sign off and related documentation works.
• Biometric Attendance System implementation in line with NSDA specifications.
