Tasks:
• Providing assistance to the Senior Engineer for the planning, execution, and
finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Assisting with site inspections and progress reports of site works.
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified
requirements.
• Coordination of resources including suppliers, sub-contractors, third party
consultants, etc.
• Supervising the execution of all structural works in the building construction.
• Assisting with the definition of project objectives and oversee quality control
through its life cycle.
• Assisting in the management of project budgets, invoicing, and issuing
variations.
• Liaising with authorities and utility agencies to obtain project approvals.
• Preparing work contracts.
• Regular interaction with clients.
• Assisting with updating project budgets and project programs.
• Assisting with managing periodic meetings and issuing minutes of meeting.
• Preparing quantities and tender documents.
• Ensuring that equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
• Quality control in accordance with procedures method statements, quality
plans and inspection and test plans.
