Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

• Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.

• Prepare and input the accounting entries on the accounting system.

• Prepare the accounting reports and deliver them to the Group Accounting manager.

• Apply all procedures for recording, classifying, summarizing, and disclosing of transactions.

• Review and make necessary adjustments to the payroll lists, payment slips, and related taxes.

• Maintain and file accounting records, backups and supporting documents in a secure and appropriate environment.

• Prepare bank reconciliation.

• Track and maintain a complete list of cash receipts and disbursements and the relevant supporting documents.

• Track and maintain a complete list and numbering of fixed assets.

• Calculate and allocate periodic depreciation to fixed assets.

• Track and maintain a list of vendors, suppliers and third-party accounts payables.

• Track and maintain a list of customers and other accounts receivables

• Prepare aging reports .

• Supervising accounting staff

• Review and manage accounts payables and receivables

• Perform other clerical duties within the Accounting Unit.

• Report directly to the Chief Accountant



Required Qualifications

. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

· Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of accounting and finance.

· Demonstrated expertise in standard accounting procedures.

· Extensive experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
