concentrators, and communication networks.
• Configure, maintain, and update smart meter firmware and software
applications.
• Analyze meter data for anomalies, errors, or discrepancies and report
findings to management.
• Support integration of meter data with utility billing and management
systems.
• Maintain IT infrastructure related to metering systems, including servers,
databases, and network devices.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless installation, commissioning,
and maintenance of smart meters.
• Implement IT security measures to safeguard data integrity and privacy.
• Generate technical reports, dashboards, and operational insights for
management.
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues on AMI/AMR systems
and software.
