• Coordinating with Project Management Team (PMT), Contracts, Legal and Compliance Departments from initiation of RFP Documents to Awarding the Package. Works include:
a. Handling PC Items, PS Items, Main Packages and Consultancy packages from floating the Tender to Award of Contracts.
b. Attending, Representing and coordinating the meetings on behalf of the Client with Consultants, Main Contractors, Nominated Sub Contractors & Suppliers for related packages.
c. Negotiating the Commercial Terms and Cost of the package with bidders and preparing techno-commercial evaluation report recommending the short listed to the Management.
d. Preparation of Letter of Intent (LOI), Letter of Nomination (LON), Work Order (WO) and Consultancy Agreements (CA) and send it for Contract Department review and approval. Up on approval issuing and awarding the package to the successful bidder.
e. Reviewing and advising of the correctness of Volume 01 in Control Sheets. Control sheet is a process initiated prior to floating any packages, ensuring the documents are authorized by all departments.
f. Uploading the document in E-builder for approval process (RFA) and providing necessary clarifications and documents as per Management requirement. And Updating Tender procurement Tracker (TPT) in regular basis.
g. Ensuring the Vendor list is up to date with a register of local / international Bidders involved in the project and their capabilities and previous project performance.
h. Attending introduction meetings with new bidders and evaluating them and pre-qualifying to allocate the category. These categories are created in order to select the best suited list for various range of packages.

• Tender Preparation & Cost Estimation: Works includes
1. Quantity Take-off,
2. Material, Manpower, Cost Breakdown
3. BOQ Preparation as per SMM & CESMM latest versions,
4. Preparing Comparisons and Suggesting suitable sub-contractor or the supplier to the management.
5. Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of existing site details for tenders by visiting the site and meetings.
6. Technical & Commercial Document Preparation for Submission of tenders.
• Tender Document Preparations for Investment Projects
Preparing Conditions of Contract as per FIDIC and other Forms in order to prepare the Tender Document to find the contractor
• Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition, Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
• Handling Subcontractor Variations and Client Variations.
• Reviewing approving BOQ’s and Payments from site QS

Infrastructure (Pre Contract)
Over 35 Numbers of Tender handled alone including Technical & Financial Submission. (Value ranging 300 Million to 3 Billion QR)
Responsibilities:
1. Estimating, Pricing, and BOQ Preparation
2. Designing Infrastructure works from the past tender experience for the clients like QP, Asghal, and Kahramaah for design & Build Project, Complying Client's requirements, as per Qatar Standards & CESMM3.
3. Preparing Comparisons and Suggesting suitable sub contractor or the supplier
to the top management
4. Providing clarifications for supplier & Subcontractor Queries and maintaining
an active professional circle to get Quotations and Materials.
5. Attending site visits and co-ordinating with client to make sure the details
given in tender document are complying with site conditions.

Infrastructure (Post - Contract)
• Project : Lusail Primary Infrastructure Package 05A & 06A
• Value : 1.45 Billion Qatari Riyals
• Client : National Property Developers Qatar.
• Consultant: AECOM International.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling Inspection Notifications and preparing Progress reports
2. Checking Sub contractor bills and approving payments
3. Raising Interim Payments to client and attending Client meetings.
4. Handling Subcontractor Variations and Client Variations.
5. Assisting to prepare cash flow reports

3. Building (Pre-Contract)
More than 10 Numbers of Tender handled alone including Technical & Financial
Submission. (Value ranging 250 Million to 1 Billion Qatari Riyal)

2. Preparing Comparisons and Suggesting suitable sub contractor or the supplier to the top management
