• Reviewing main contractor’s proposed baseline schedule for client‘s review and approval.
• Monitoring target completion programmes and analyzing it’s compliance with master programme and the milestones.

Involved in development of infrastructure works to meet all requirement of a Lusail future City including Tunnel road (2levels), rail station, car parks and at grade utilities and roads with required tie-in with existing networks and roads.
Duties can be summarized in following:
• Prepared contractor’s revised baseline schedule (both internal and external) based on approved EOT and prepared its attributing reports including revised logic, construction methodology etc.
• Worked out on clarification and Consultant’s comments and submitted for client review, iterations and approval thereof.
• Reviewed and evaluated sub -contractor’s Extension of Time (EOT) requests in line with Main Contract.
• Prepared delay analysis with 11 major events and did workshops and presentations for Client Approval.
• Reviewed and evaluated sub-contractor’s weekly and monthly progress updates and reports and their rolling schedule, including catchup plans, revision of schedule and mitigation measures.
• Ensured the accuracy of updated schedule by extensive internal and external verifications, carrying out periodic site visits to confirm actual progress and sequence of work progress.
• Prepared monthly management reports, including status, progress trend, variance, and forecast Completion.
• Interfacing with all internal departments including Traffic Management, Utilities (Dry & Wet), Procurement and Risk Management and also with other packages which may impact Schedule and suggest time frame for their early settlement.
• Ensured that sub-contractor’s mitigation/ recovery program is realistic and achievable.
• Identified engineering procurement schedule risks, and highlighted issue to project team for necessary action.
• Involved in crisis management and alternative scheduling for mitigating issues due to Embargo (June)
Duties included the following:
• Coordination of planning and scheduling activities & EOT works for defense airport, high-rise and hospitality projects.
• Involved in project baseline programme with resource and cost loading using Primavera P6, and fetched rolling schedules from master programme.
• Analyzing project progress versus baseline program, identifying, forecasting delays and risks, performing schedule risk analysis, and proposing action to mitigate slippages and claims by contractors.
• Monitoring milestone for client baseline and internal target completion programme. Performing project earned value cost analysis, identifying any variance in project scope.
Design & Build project with Passenger Terminal Building, Aprons & Taxiways, Runway, Airfield Ground Lighting and Markings, Approach Roads, Fuel farm, AWAN IT network, Water Supply lines and Landscape/Hardscape.
Duties performed on these projects were:
• Reviewed and evaluated all main contractors’ proposed baseline schedule for Client review and Approval.
• Monitored various target completion programmes and analyzed its compliance with master programme.
• Identified engineering procurement schedule risks, and highlighted issue to project team for necessary action.
• Determined actual causes, type of delays and analyzed impacts both retrospectively and prospectively
• Reviewed EOT/TIA programme by contractors for determining impacts due to delay events by CPM scheduling technique.
• Prepared monthly management reports, including status, progress trend, variance, and forecast Completion.
Project includes Design and Build project includes PTB with concourse/Transportation center, Aprons, Taxiway, External Approach Roads, Internal Surface Roads and Elevated Roads, Flyovers, High Speed Rail Station, ATC Tower, MSCP.
Duties performed during this period included:
• Prepared and monitored for a period of 2 years cost and resource loaded contractual master baseline programme (external) and master working programme (internal).
• Prepared and monitored each activity in 3 weeks rolling schedules complying master schedule.
• Preparing snapshot & KPI reports for senior management.
• Maintained logic revision report with reasons and effects it has on internal& external milestones.
• Maintaining procurement log for contractually accepted long lead items and monitoring its impact on master schedule.
• Reviewed subcontractors baseline programme with all submissions based on actual situation at site.
• Analyzed delay effects and disruptions by employer/ contractor risk events by critical path method.
