After my 1st year in Bank Albilad as a business analyst, i have been appointed as project manager. I am fully in charge for managing and delivering successfully major projects in the bank such as: \nBPM - implementing Lombardi as Business Process Mgmt and migrating 16 processes to the new system, . \niLog - Implementing and feeding iLog with the bank's business rules. \nOMS Replacement. this project is for spinning off Albilad Investment and segregating it from the bank. this includes implementing a new system and migrating the data from the old to the new one. \nTCR - Teller Cash Recycler: this project is for supplying and integrating TCRs into the bank's branches.
