• QA all kind drilling materials according specifications, standards, drawings such as spare part and bulks, making sure that were following the DMR and MEL.
• Plan/approve Manpower necessary for the activities as Coring, Wireline, Cementing, Completion and fishing, same for well test phase in order not to exceed the POB.
• QA the shipping boat and make sure that all tanks and pumps were safety to operate before load, same for the equipments, checking the deck condition and talk with the Marine manpower on cargo deck making sure that they were following HSE and Safety procedures.
• Ensure that the DMR (Drilling Material Requisition) is the same of the MSL, before boarding with inspections of all lifting safety items.
• QA of all loads of drilling equipments, prepare the pre load check list that includes all safety items (Slings, baskets, shackles and others) condition and weights (to avoid overload such as baskets) before load.
• Communicate with the Drill Site Manager on progress/problems related to daily Safety field operations, Stop immediately the job in case an unsafe situation.
• Communicated and coordinated with the shore base facility on any revisions to project plans, procedure or operations and shipping schedules or flights.
• Maintained inventory control.
• Ensured all paperwork received from vendors have the right well charges and signatures on them.

Logistics / Materials and Production Supervisor at Shell Energy

N2 in the pipeline emergency system, lack of refrigeration in UGN panel rooms to affect
the operation custody transfer gages, etc. Out of the process technical suggestions are
sent to Petrobras aiming at efficiently solving the technical issues, along with
procedures made by Shell and agreed with Petrobras.
• Send weekly, monthly and quarterly study and follow up of all operational modes of
transport (air, marine and land) procedures and reports, pointing to optimize each one.
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of safety pre-work meeting.
• Respond to the needs of Shell engineers in works related to design, construction and
offshore and/or onshore commissioning in technical activities.
• Respond to the president of Shell Exploration CO.
