Duties and Responsibility
§ Prepare a variety of report, such as daily sales tracking, average of all products, doing inventory as well at end of month.
§ Checking availability of stocks, ordering glasses too.
§ Independently assesses and effectively responds to customers' requests specially customer need to adjust their glasses.
§ Update customers on the latest promo of company products
§ Preparing report of petty cash expenses monthly.
§ Attending seminar for contact lenses and sunglasses
§ Doing cashier too.
§ Identify and resolve client inquiries
§ Sell company products and update costumers on the latest promo and sales
§ In-charge of ordering lenses, spare parts of sunglasses and frame to the supplier
§ Provide excellent costumer service and develop long-term client relationships
§ Can fix glasses for costumers satisfaction

Position: Sales Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Welcome costumers into the store, initiates the sales process, offer them qualified advice on the available products, recommend appropriate products, and promote cross selling with a view to meet the costumers need.
§ Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the manager for suitable resolution.
§ Merchandise goods prominently on the shop shelves and display units, replenishing stock as often as required in conjunction with the manager and merchandising team.
§ Ensures familiarity with products and merchandise information in order to carry out duties and responsibilities properly
§ Checking quantities of goods on display in the showroom
§ Keeps the selling area, fitting rooms and stock area clean and well-maintained
