(Monopoles of 30-40meters, Self-supporting towers of 45m, 50m or 60 meters, & Various Pole structures (Wall-mounted or Non-penetrating of up to 9m height) on Building Rooftops

• Directly responsible of all Civil Works Inspection at project sites assigned by manager from start of the construction up to the site completion and acceptance/hand-over of projects.
• Estimates and calculates quantity of materials required on each project prior to implementation. In-charge of all materials requisition, and monitor it accordingly.
• Prepares work schedule on each projects based on the required target completion, site condition and agreement with the client.
• Performs Technical Site Survey with the Client’s Representatives on the proposed site location and ensures the site condition list required prior construction start.
• Performs daily/weekly work progress monitoring/inspection at designated construction project sites.
• Ensures and implements health and safety precautions as per site requirements to prevent from accident.
• Responsible for the inspection of all standard design especially the tower foundations and to all civil-related works at the site.
• Checks and approves contractor’s works, in-house civil works done with standard installation and finished with a quality workmanship.
• Responsible for checking all the electro-mechanical alarms and trouble shooting in project site if necessary.
• Responsible for requesting Consultant/Owner Representative for an inspection (RFI) to proceed succeeding significant work.
• Supervises work progress on each site from project start to acceptance.
• Prepares all the IR (Inspection Request) for all the major works involve in each particular projects in accordance with the approved Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) such as the following activities:
 Setting out (Exact location of Tower Foundations)
 Foundations Rebar installation and Concreting (pile or raft foundation)
 Pile Integrity Test
 Field Density Testing
 Block Work and Plastering for Boundary Wall/ Pre-Cast Wall
 Painting works
 Preliminary Acceptance Inspection
 Final Acceptance Inspection
• Verifies quality of materials delivered at site with reference to the approved Material Approval Request (MAR).
• Responsible in coordinating for the Project Inspection with the Client representatives for site evaluation and acceptance.
• Conducts Quality Inspection, Pre-Acceptance Test, and Final Acceptance with DU/Etisalat Engineers.
• Verifies and check as-built drawings with the corresponding construction design BOQ’s and drawings.
• Prepares bill of quantities (BOQ) required for each site project.
• Responsible for rectifying all snags commented by Client inspectors at site and ensures that these items were rectified satisfactorily.
• Organized and ensure proper administrations of important documents.
• Verify and review the closed-out documents (specifically civil scope) prepared by documentation department prior to submission to the Client.
