File and maintain the existing documents of the Procurement Department together with incoming/outgoing documents, in an orderly and controlled manner as per Aramco standard.
Preparing Material Request received from Project Sites
Preparing Bid Tabulation/Comparison Sheet for all received quotations from vendors/suppliers.
Preparing Purchase Order for the selected vendors/suppliers
Proper tracking and monitoring of all processed PO’s
Preparing weekly and monthly reports for all materials status update
Preparing Invoice certification and payment request for all received Invoices.
Maintaining proper records of all received quotations for each packages of the project.
Uploading and checking the submittal & approval documents from Aramco System (EPM).
Receives records and files of all incoming documents and follow current procedure for distribution of copies.
Prepares Document Transmittal and issue copies as requested and or upon instruction of the Supervisor.
Ensure that issued copies being used by the recipient personnel is the current revision and to collect any superseded documents and replace it with the latest issues.
Ensure accurate maintenance of master duplicate and transmittal status logs at all times.
Performs other related duties as per instruction from our Procurement Manager.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
Sourcing, finding, and/or identifying viable candidates
Screening and shortlisting those selected candidates
Performing interview either over the phone, skype or face to face interview.
Assessing those candidates and making recommendation to the company’s hiring manager
Coordinating interviews with the hiring manager and following up for the interview result
Coordinating with the employment agencies.
Coordinating with manpower suppliers when project need rentals on urgent basis.
Completing timely reports on employment activity

Project Manpower Coordinator
Proper monitoring of total Active and Inactive Employees of the Company
Proper coordination for Mobilization/Demobilization of all of employees to the project admins and project managers.
Maintain accurate data base records of all employee’s current work location and projects and preparing weekly reports to the higher management for their information and reference
Receives records and files of all incoming documents and follow current procedure for distribution of copies.
Answers telephone calls and taking messages and its eventual relay of information to concerned person.
