Managing an assigned flight ensuring safe, secure and punctual turnaround process of flights at British Airways hub airport. Overseeing health and safety to ensure all health, safety, and security policies are adhered to. Also, as the main contact for an assigned flight making time critical decisions and providing the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and company targets are met.
Attending emergency calls to Police. Assisting the public with incidents and arresting those suspected of committing an offence.
Carrying out recorded interviews in compliance with law, completing statements from victims and or witnesses and investigating incidents.
Also, due to operational requirements, carrying out manned guarding/ foot patrol, at embassies and estates owned by the Royal family. I also policed the London 2012 Olympics at different arenas as well as the surrounding communities.
Patrolling a prison wing at night, dealing with prisoners sent into custody by the local courts. Observing and noting my observations of suicide watches and escapees throughout the night and ensuring prison security, health, safety and diversity policies are adhered to at all times. Any breach of such policies are acted upon immediately.
Carrying out routine and sporadic security checks by visible foot patrol and CCTV to ensure security/ heath and safety is upheld.
