Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage construction team to deliver/ execute civil and construction work in mega-project SFMC in Riyadh.
• Plan and Estimate production activities and the required workforce, materials, equipment, and to achieve targeted production plan.
• Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
• Review detailed civil engineering designs, specifications, and construction documents.
• Review and resolve day to day activities related to assigned project work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
• Examine Fabrication and installation of RMD Kiwkform system for formwork and falsework for cast in place concrete.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by internal and external teams, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage construction resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, and optimize resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Check and review contractors monthly invoice for quantities of work performed during period.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
Projects: 2. Construction of Jeddah North Substation, Jeddah. 3. Extension for outdoor bus-way for Wadi Jalil 110kv substation, Makkah. 4. Construction of Housing project substations 8310 & 8311, Riyadh. 5. Construction of Al-Hayer 132/ 13.8KV substation, Al-Hayer. Responsibilities:
• Lead construction teams to deliver/ execute civil and construction work in various substation projects around the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Sourced and allocate cost-efficient resources to meet construction constraints.
• Assist construction team in providing efficient and customer-driven experience by ensuring construction activities are implemented to highest accuracy and levels of professionalism associated with TCS (Transmission Construction Standard) of SEC Company.
• Prepare daily and biweekly reports, as well as site production forecast.
• Establish project materials and methods to maximize construction productivity.
• Document processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.
• Pre-inspect completed work of in-house workforce and subcontractor to ensure conformance to approved drawings and project specifications and submit inspection request.
• Determines budget estimates and staff requirements for defined scope and schedule.
• Liaison with client representatives, other professionals within design teams, and contractor representatives during construction.
• Ensure appropriate compliance with HSE, company procedures, distribution safety Rules, and Industry best practices, ensuring that appropriate audit records are kept.
• Motivate site teams to achieve quality results against construction deadlines.
• Compile information to obtain permits for civil engineering work.
Projects: 1. Construction of GCC Secretary General Main Office in Riyadh. Responsibilities:
• Review detailed civil engineering designs, specifications, and construction documents.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in project deliverables.
• Examines completed work to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable.
• Manage thorough works inspections, assessing quality standards against project deliverables to ensure optimized outcomes.
• Maintains clear and frequent communications to coordinate discipline design work with project staff and engineers from other disciplines.
• Ensures that adequate checks are carried out in accordance with discipline checking policy and procedures.
• Recommends design methods, equipment use, etc., for discipline standards.
• Review and approve B.Q survey quantities report of contractor.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various aspects into comprehensive civil designs.
• Evaluated existing systems to verify repair or replacement needs.
Projects: 1. New Jersey barrier along Riyadh- Makkah Road, Al-Quwayiyah. 2. Boundary wall for Municipality Celebration Yard, Al-Quwayiyah. 3. Real estate project in Al Yasmin Area, Riyadh. 4. Al Faraj Mosque + 2 villas (Design and build), Rumah.
Responsibilities:
• Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations.
• Organizing project activities in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams, and contractors representatives during construction
• Develop and review foundation details, load assessments, stress analysis, data sheet, geotechnical report, structural analysis and design software (e.g. Etabs & SAP2000)
• Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and workforce requirements to determine project feasibility.
• Supported on-time and under-budget project completion by proactively communicating challenges and updates.
• Set and plan daily activities for the asphalt mixing plant.
• Preparing daily activities reports.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed as per approved drawings.
