Responsibilities: Execution of civil and finishing works and monitoring and approving subcontractors work for pre-cast cladding and composite slab steel structure at the hospital buildings, Front Elevated Road and the underground Pedestrian links between Hospital buildings and car Parking.
Duties:
•Monitor daily activities and ensure that the executed work is as per project specifications and approved drawings.
•Planning required materials, equipment and workforce to achieve the targeted production plan for the month.
•Prepare materials and workforce cost estimates.
•Coordinate with the quality team to implement a quality management system at the project site.
•Verifying rebar Bar Bending Schedule to structural drawings and preparing cut and bend PRs.
•Attending Work Inspections with QA/QC and Consultant team.
•Pre-inspect post tension slab tendon profile installation, tensioning and grouting work by the approved subcontractor for post tension slab.
•Plan and inspect formwork installations for core walls, columns and slabs using Kiwkform formwork system (RMD).
•Liaising with MEPF, procurement, technical and Project control team construction related items.
•Managing construction interfaces with other construction teams involved in the project.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports and look ahead work plan.
Achievement:
•Construction of Housing project substations 8310 & 8311.
•Construction of Jeddah North Substation.
Baniah is approved contractor for civil work for 132kv substations by Saudi Electricity-National Grid.
Responsibilities: All Civil related work in substation but not limited to construction of basement, transformers foundations, outdoor foundations, duct banks, manholes and boundary wall.
Duties:
•Preparing daily, biweekly reports and look ahead schedule.
•Monitoring and pre-inspect installation of GIS overhead crane and transformers steel grating.
•Pre inspect the completed work to ensure conformance to approved drawings and project specifications and submit the inspection request.
•Inspect and monitoring work of pre-cast sub-contractor for superstructure and boundary wall.
•Estimating quantities and cost of materials and equipment.
•Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors representatives during construction.
Achievement:
•Construction of GCC Secretary General Main Office in Riyadh.
Responsibilities: To inspect structural work, approving the concreting request, witnessing the concrete pouring, technical specifications, tender documentation and evaluation of 3rd party engineering design documents.
Duties:
•Structural inspections/assessments and making appropriate recommendations.
•Preparing enquiry and order documents.
•Providing comment on design calculations and drawings.
•Reviewing and approving B.Q survey quantities report of contractor.
•Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors' representatives during construction.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
