1. Meeting the Insurance Manager and Director discussing about the empanelment service and renewal of contracts.
2. Discussing about the price list, negotiating, and fixing the agreement via mail.
3. Emailing and getting required documents for empanelment for providers.
4. Auditing the work process in the provider’s facility for customer’s satisfaction and to check the work flow.
5. Training the providers about the portal and solving the queries then and there also providing the user details for each providers.
6. Meeting the management and explaining the flow chart of the insurance and guiding the knowledge of approvals rejections and other criteria related to
insurance.
7. Preparing Contracts and addendums for provider empanelment’s.
8. Negotiating and fixing price or discount rates with provider (Hospitals / clinics / pharmacies).
9. Revising the price for existing provider & visiting their facility for regular
• Responsible for assisting clients for setting up their business in UAE i.e. in Free Zone areas, Dubai Mainland and also Off Shore.
• Studying (gathering) on company setup details for each Authorities rules and their way of working and timelines for each process.
• Closing deals for company setup sales by getting required documents from clients and also collecting the required invoice amount.
• Working in and out with the concerned authority to get the license and other documents as per the client’s requirements with in the standard guidelines of the Authority.
• Following up with the clients who have concern in starting up company and solving them by providing them appropriate resolutions.
• Also working for closing trademark leads if assistance required for my colleagues.
• Buying and reselling of license to clients who need the similar activity, also interacting with PRO who approaches with their clients.
• Assisting the clients and sponsors to do the sign off in the notary.
Consulting client from start till end for company set up, visa, business plan, suitable options, .
• Responsible for collection of outstanding payments for customers in entire UAE for their Post Paid, Internet, Landline for business, Fax, Voice connections etc with DU.
• Understanding customer’s problem with patience, guiding and advising them of various forms of payments options.
• Interact with customers of various Nationalities.
• Interact/discuss with Manager/Team Leader to resolve problems of serious concerns.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction and do all possible within set company policy decision and keep them happy to make the payments on due date.
• Updation of actions in system on day-to-day basis.
