Manage day-to-day operations of the café Monday-Saturday - including staff rotes, ordering, planning the menu, cleaning, record keeping and general administration.

Ensure health and safety of staff and customers in the cafe; promote high levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and ensure the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Occasional support to hospitality and other aspects of the Church activity.
Attending meetings as required; writing and/or presenting reports to the Centre Manager.
