• Lead and participate in all channel development activities and projects.

• Coordinate, execute and follow-up the different plans and projects on a cross-functional level with Orange and in liaison with third parties, when needed, to achieve the set goals of these projects.
• Conduct, request and present the necessary internal/external research for defined projects; highlighting possibilities and opportunities for success.
• Finalizing the required agreements and contracts with Orange partnerships.
• Visit the different suppliers; evaluate their capabilities in order to choose the most appropriate ones for carrying out the defined projects.
• Assist in the preparation of the process action plan in the beginning of the year for each sales channel and their periodic review.
• Coordinate and implement all miscellaneous activities related to the sales department in collaboration with the program management office.

• Creating new Sales arms
• Getting new alliances (B2B)
• Increase device sales in retail shops by 30%
• Divert the low end customers segment flow on shops by 35%

 Take part in all process implementation verification programs assigned to the sales department.
