• carry out Maintenance activities for the plant rotating equipment ( Centrifugal Air compressors, Water pumps, cryogenic process pumps, cryogenic back up pumps, turbo-expander ) to ensure reliability of the plant .
• Carry out maintenance works for static equipment ( Heat exchanger, precooling towers, water cooling towers, pipes and valves, tanks ).
• Make preventive maintenance schedule to avoid machines failure .
• Check preventive maintenance jobs to ensure the machines in normal operation.
• Make sure that the plant is delivering the products as per quality and quantity to avoid problem in DRI plant and Melt shop plant by operating the plant as per manual.
• Monitor the rotating equipment parameters ( Flows, pressures, temperatures, lubrication oil levels , and seal gas ) to avoid any problem for it .
• Monitor plant parameters as per manual to ensure the high production with high quality .
• Start up and shut down the plant with sensitive actions to keep the plant machines health in high level .
• Operate the plant as per designer company procedure.
• Participate in centrifugal Air compressors overhaul

• Operate the plant with shift leader and check production as per quality and quantity.
• Make predictive maintenance jobs for Rotating equipment to avoid failure.
• follow preventive maintenance schedule Rotating equipment every hour .
• participate in pumps overhaul .
• check water treatment to avoid pipes Rust.
• Check machines health like ( atlas copco compressors, cryostar turbo-expander, cryostar cryogenic pumps, water pumps .
• Start up and shut down the plant as per procedures
