• Assisting Co. to develop proper HR infrastructure including but not limited to Organization Structure, Job Description, job analysis, Salary structure, compensation policies, Manpower Planning, Recruitment System and Training.
• Undertakes analytical studies concerning the workforce planning; reviews current situations and develops recommendations for addressing manpower and organizational issues.
• Develop and implement succession planning - based on talent pool.
• Provides consultancy on change management, Organization Development (OD) and risk management.
• Develop and implements grading structure, compensation guidelines and policies including revising them based on staff’s needs, competitors’ compensation level, cost efficiency, and compensation regulations.
• To Assist in developing and executing programs on employee retention, attraction succession and career development and improve performance measures for the employees.
• Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate salary level, training needs, compensation guidelines, and performance appraisal and selection criteria’s.
• Study Organization Structure and propose:
1. Organization modifications due to work development and production plan.
• Job description and organization chart.
1. Organization unit general specifications.
2. Manpower requirements for each job.
• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies.
• Assist in preparing company procedures manual and studies to simplify office procedures.
• Consult with Department Managers to discuss upcoming company needs and develop multifaceted recruitment program.
• Determine the most effective recruitment methods and sources to attract candidates, develop advertisements for open positions and place ads in the most effective media.
• Coordinate with outside employment agencies (locally and internationally) and/ or universities, colleges and/ or other institutions to acquire talent as per the organization’s requirements.
• Evaluate and manage recruiting agencies and ensure best services are obtained by reaching the most economical agreements
• Contact recruitment agencies, schools and colleges to set up interviews with counselors and prospective candidates.
• Prepare annual recruitment budget, and monitor expenditures to comply with budgetary limitations.
• Design an application forms that contain the information necessary to easily identify the strongest applicants.
• Review resumes and applications and conduct screening interviews of likely candidates. Check academic records of candidates and previous work history.
• Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Supervise interviewing, testing, and hiring processes. Maintain necessary files covering applications, interviews and testing procedures.
• Guide Manager in salary negotiations with final candidates.
• Prepare and follow up orientation programs to provide the new workers with all information they need to become acquainted with the company.
• • Conduct exit interview with some employees to discuss and clarify the reasons for termination.
• Supervise transportation and security services.
• Prepare estimated budget for employee's salaries and allowances according to each cost center.
• Prepare estimated capital budget for office equipment, and training aids.
• Prepare periodical report and statistics related to employees, jobs, salaries and allowances.
• To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training
• Supervise preparing payroll.
