• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements in relation to the Real Estate, sales and marketing activities, acquisition, shareholders’ agreements; company Memoranda and Articles of Association.

• Manage fidelity cases of the company for money or products stolen, frauds or any other related offenses.

• Ensure the filing of all legal documents and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English.
