The company started the business over 30 years ago in Qatar, UAE and KSA; it develops a leadership position, Insurance, automobile, Car Rental & Leasing, construction, Properties, Real Estate, and Franchisee in food as well,
The group in its present phase has multicultural first class business where around 2500 employees meet and support the daily challenges of the markets.

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of human resource policies and procedures and ensure their compliance to the system, structure and standards set by various business units and support units of the company; and ensuring strategic involvement of HR on work processes and standards set by the various business units in relation to attraction and retention of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Establishing human resources strategy in line with organizational objectives
2. Implementing human resources strategies, including: talent acquisition, staffing, compensation and benefits, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labor relations and staff assessment.
3. Providing the necessary inputs for developing the framework of HR policy.
4. Preparing short and long-term manpower plans as well as competency mapping and identify training gaps and implementing various training and career development programs.
5. Implementing compensation policy, performance management system, career development & succession planning methodology within the group.
6. Ensuring all costs area adhered to and budgets are set for the respective activities.
7. Defining group and unit level processes and procedures for HR & administrative activities for implementation in a cost effective manner. Manage contracts, standardize salary scales and job descriptions and implement performance appraisal system.
8. Developing HR policies, procedures and initiatives related to employee relations, and delivery of pay and benefits.
9. Managing the HR process mapping and data integrity. Coaches and counsels management with regard to HR issues. Prepare budget and manages cost efficiencies according to the company plan.
10. Providing expert advice and consultation to the board of the organization on issues that have H.R. impact.
11. Developing NAVISION system.
12. Partners with the business leaders to determine strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
13. Developing and delivering customized solutions for critical business needs such as succession planning, leadership development, employee development
14. Providing feedback and expertise to global HR functions in the development and deployment of policies and procedures.
15. Ensuring that company culture and vision is clearly communicated throughout all Departments.
