•Following up the signed contracts with merchant for ATMs and POS installation monitoring, and participating events, generate ATM transactions.
•Identify and source new ATM / POS locations, to expand Burgan Bank presence and increase income streams and recommendations new business.
•Budgeting and costing to enable reduction of cost per transaction .
•To develop and refine a business plan to expand the merchants business. Create and/or analyze MIS reports and forecasts, conduct P & L reviews and other ongoing status reports to ensure Merchants are profitable, discarding unprofitable merchants
•Monitoring and responding to all Internet and mobile activity designated to customer services while meeting quality and timing standards, and Liaising between the Bank and its E-customers, and SMS.
•Follow up to maintain a strong control environment with the aim of achieving a Low Risk audit rating, responsible for daily system situation monitoring including: -Monitor downtime in the network operations of ATM, KNET.
•Analyzes customer needs in order to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and develops new business through referrals and existing ATMs.
•Monitor cash levels ATMs plan cash loading schedules
•Daily, Weekly, and Monthly monitoring of the revenue and monthly transactions of all ATM/CDM and reporting of the profitability including fees owned and expenses paid.
•Processing Charge backs and disputes within the required time and following up monetary operations, and ensure all transactions requested by customers are processed and appropriate confirmation messages have been advised to the customers.
•Perform reconciliations between ATMs balances & GL accounts to ensure charge backs by reviewing electronic journals of ATMs/CDMs and banks systems for investigation to refund charge back claims received from all the bank branches and offsites locations.
Consumer Banking Officer
•Improving and increasing the sales and marketing efforts in order to achieve the bank's targets of customer service, business development, operational efficiency and profitability.
•Developing new business of the retail area and increasing sales and cross sales.
•Solving customer's problems and promoting bank's products and services.
•Educating and providing customers with products and services offered by the bank ( Vehicle loans, personal loans, credit cards…)
•Coordination with other branches and operation to ensure customer's satisfaction and deliver products on time .
