Am working as Operation coordinator in careem base camp, in which we'r solving critical cases and helping other countries captains\customers and helping V.I.P customers in order to maintain our reliability
I used to work as a global captain connect operation agent, which simplify and help the captains within their rides, to help them solve any difficulties they face.
Read through technical specification requirements.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of product technical documentation, test reports, approvals, certification, etc.
Prepare costing sheet and make quotations while meeting the deadlines.
Hands on experience on ERP.
Following-up with the clients on submitted quotations and processing the orders.
Expedite the material delivery and check all the documents including Pressure Test Certificate, Country of Origin certificate, shipping documents etc.
Associate with the orders until it is delivered.
Doing the registration of the company and pre-qualification of the Manufacturer with the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical Companies.
Meeting with, presenting company's products and establishing contacts with the existing & new customers.
Representation of company in different exhibitions and trade shows like Adipec, Big5 etc.
Prepare technical submittal for Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
I worked in Military Academy as my mandatory military service, was a soldier and IT support in the IT section there.
dealt with overwhelming pressure in General secondary coordination, in working with 100k students the academy, dealing with their applications, their tests schedule, and their information's and records, fast enough to keep up with their schedules
