It was a start up account at BDO Esnad company and I joined it as a call center agent then and after my first week I promoted to be asenior agent as per UAE top management recommendation and became responsible or handling both of UAE and KSA teams requests
Also i was worked as afloor walker to support inbound team, Delivery solution team and back office team
I was responsible for collecting data and making outbound calls searching for potential clients to offer our cards benefits and closing the deal over phone
My responsibility at my first three months was Handling all types of inbound calls, answering queries and solving problems
Then I joined support team as a floor walker after about five months I became the one who is responsible for this team
Responsible for handling all incoming calls for etisalat misr account at etisal international and the head of support team for about one year there
