availability, resources call tree, establish CBC business continuity plan from Abu Dhabi
airport, and test the plan.
• Managed CBCMS project: Flights information, briefing screens, crew availability, and
alerting messages system.
SAP Synergy program: Transform Finance, HR, and procurement systems from Oracle
to SAP. Change lead (BA consultant group) to manage the change management and
communication scope of the program:
• Impact analysis assessment from program level to processes level
• Changes in readiness testing and reporting
• Training requirements and scheduling
• Projects reporting and significant communication with the executives and the
stakeholders (Airlines partnership, outstations and SAP, Accenture, and others)
