• Responsible for the accuracy and consistence of brand image representation by creating and maintaining the communication strategy internally and externally.
• Acts as project manager between customer’s commercial projects, company personnel, and agents in handling questions and problems dealing with deliveries and ensure the precise rules for each.
• Establish relations with external defense contractors in government and military decision-makers.
• Create and maintain a strong advertising and promotion strategies for the upcoming year; working internally and with third parties to deliver the required message.

• Initiating and impalement direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers on behalf of the university’s programs and services.
• Managing all branding related matters of the university.
• Serving public information contact and present information to internal and external sources. Representing the organization at various community events, exhibits and business meetings.
• Preparing the annual budget for the department and make amends when needed.
• In charge of all promotional informational materials such as flyers, catalogues and brochures.
