Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually and maintain time-lines. (Liability is the main focus).
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options & resolving internal priorities.
Proceeds to explore new markets to help in the development of a new generation of retail products through listing new companies.
Prepare market studies for potential customers and existing competition to select best suitable action plan for the short and medium terms.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Understand the basic aspects of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
Apply basic concepts and techniques while selling products targeted at predetermined needs of the customers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Achieve assigned product sales & other targets.
Identify and map the target market within the branch area to effectively contact and acquire customers.
Participate in promoting the different products & services of the bank (including Assets, Liability, Card product as well as internet banking & other services).
Verify / check all account opening related mandates are received prior to opening of Accounts.
Prepare credit proposals for loans and credit cards to be sent and approved on time.
Input all transactions related to the dept. and ensure error free transactions & applications processing prior to sending to the Manager.
Ensure best sales & services to customers by doing all transaction right the 1st time.
Respond to customer issues/ quires in a timely and efficient manner.
Achieve set service standards.
Work with the Branch Manager to build a strong team toward providing the best Retail service experience to all customers.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer's applications for Recurring Investments, Personal Finance, Covered Card, Auto Finance with recommendation of approval.
• Accept and scrutinize all Standing Instruction Application forms, verify customer’s signature before dispatching them to Operations Department for processing.
• Handle all buy-out Personal Finance requests.
• Identify customer needs by probing to maximize product sale to achieve branch targets.
• Actively cross sell all bank products.
• Contribute in branch sales campaigns and promotions.
• Attend to all customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure to attain up-to-date products and process knowledge at all times (including that of campaigns/promotions).
• Work with the Branch Manager to build a strong team toward providing the best Retail service experience to all customers.

Achievements:
• Less than 20% pending active transaction; all customers’ requirements are prepared as per the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• All customers' quires and applications are processed on time.
• Best performance Staff for Abu Dhabi Branches Quarter 1, (2010).
• Best performance for Dubai Bank Branches-Covered Cards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Quarters (2010).
• Won Dubai Bank Award for 1st, 2nd, 3 rd & 4th Quarter (2010).
