Production of Escape and Rescue Maps (ERP) for different types of buildings.
Production of Mission Information Sheets (MIS) for Abu Dhabi city
Data Collection for fire safety & prevention tools in different types of buildings
Discuss design requirements and objectives with the clients;
Architectural design for different types of buildings;
Use IT in design, specifically software packages such as AutoCAD, or ever hand generated sketches;
Ensure that the designed items are functional, safe, economical (unless other is requested) and suitable for their purpose of use;
Ensure objectives of scope and time are achieved;
Managing to obtain required Approvals from the Concerned Authorities after assuring the Quality of the Drawings;
Estimate material requirements and costs;
Conducting /Coordinate Meetings between the Consultants and Project Engineers (i.e. civil and electrical);
Under-construction site visits and reports (when required);
Advise on and make necessary changes throughout the planning process and address any problem that may arise during construction;
Any other task assigned by superior / reporting head (in relation to a design process or a project delivery).
Six weeks with the ‘Projects & Programmes Team’- Performance, Policy & Delivery Division, Sustainability team (Environmental sustainability programme):
• Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research to inform the programme
• Drafting reports and internal communications on behalf of the programme
• Managing and delivering small, time-limited projects
• Providing general project and administrative support to the Environmental Sustainability Manager

Diary management of clients meetings and projects;
Ensure objectives of scope and time are achieved;
Managing to obtain required Approvals from the Concerned Authorities after assuring the Quality of the Drawings;
Conducting /Coordinate Meetings between the Consultants and Project Engineers (i.e. civil and electrical).
-Helping in 6 modules including: Design Studio, Visual Arts, Structural Design, Engineering Drawing, Building Construction, Building Services)
Assist Architects in the preparation of drawings;
Produce sketches and ideas on developing designs;
Assist senior architects in the preparation for plans for existing buildings;
Assist in compiling data for architectural drawings, reports and specifications.
