Delivering training courses on The Importance of Behavior, Communication, Business Etiquette, Time Management, Vision and Values, Work Compentencies, Cultural Awareness, Self Awareness, Building Assertiveness, Offering Constructive Feedback, Coaching and Feedback, Selling Skills, Managing Sales & Promotions, Customer Service, Cashier, Loss Prevention, Evacuation and CPR.
Carrying out post courses evaluation.
Contributing to curricula and test development activities and materials.
Assisting in field coaching
