Completion of the design and build construction of KAARs infrastructure and building, $1.8 billion USD Project Value, including Design and construction of Infrastructure for 211 Building Tower Services. Bridges, Underpass, Metro Tunnel & Stations, Pedestrian Underpass 4 multi-story public parking structures, ICT Smart City, wet & Dry Utilities Gallery. Data Center Design and Build.
Responsibility and duties consisted of:
1. Manage the Design & construction development in accordance with contract project employer requirements, international standard, to ensure high-quality design service is provided throughout the project.
2. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of project programming and reporting through various project teams and planning support. Assist with the preparation and/or review of the tender documentation packages, etc.
3. Provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, to principal the success of the construction project.
4. Maintain comprehensive project documents for all engineering activities including contract documents and official letters of correspondence for construction project management phases, security and estimating the costs of value engineering.
5. Design and Build Network Communication towers use radiofrequency (RF) radiation (energy) for the KAAR project. Data Center Construction

Accomplishment Completion of Design and Build of South Border Security Road Infrastructure Project Value of 11.33 billion USD, Success Completion Project Manager of Khurais Interchange Bridge with underpass, (project Value of 95 Million USD), and third Ring Road Bridge Project Value of 125 Million USD. and other projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical support and engineering management for the projects in the construction stage.
2. Coordinate with consulting design office for the schedule of design deliverables, and Coordinate with the construction site contractors to keep the projects in progress according to the time schedule.
3. Ensure the Delivery of Construction Drawing and Structural Shop Drawing throughout the construction process, in according to the project schedule and budget.
4. Managing the development completion of the final Design and Issue for Construction (IFC).
5. Ensure the entire design completion for the projects is according to the International standard requirement and Local Standard Authorities of Engineering Design.
6. Estimate project quantity, coordinate design with the consultant and Stakeholder Engagement Local Authorities.
7. Overseeing and coordinate with the construction project manager to ensure that all project activities both on-site and off-site completed as per the schedule.
8. Review and approve all invoices and provide funding status and updates.
9. Knowledge of building and Infrastructure Highway codes and technical requirements of construction.
