Area coordinator and Facilitator
- Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Oversee one team of facilitators in an assigned area, including supporting staff, providing training and capacity building, assigning duties and to ensure high quality of work
; 2. Implementation of social innovation curriculums through all governorates of Jordan. Training and materials will be provided,
3. Spark imagination, and teach the targeted groups about technology, designs, production, business, management, initiatives, volunteering and mainly creativity,
4. Coordinate with JRF facilitators and Makani life skills facilitators to ensure quality of project’s implementation,
5. Presents coaching services through using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures,
6. Communicate effectively with youth and provide support as needed,
7. Facilitate the implementation of all project- related activities, including financial arrangements, such as payment of incentives and seed capital instalments.
8. Prepare ad-hoc reports when needed;
9. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management
* Qualifications, requirements and Competences:

-Experience in implementing innovative initiatives and projects
-Movement coordination for drivers
-Forming procurement committees and budgeting for innovative initiatives and projects
-Evaluate employee performance and submit monthly management reports
-Develop a monthly work plan for facilitators
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. OVERSEE ONE TEAM OF FACILITATORS IN AN ASSIGNED AREA, INCLUDING SUPPORTING STAFF, PROVIDING TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING, ASSIGNING DUTIES AND TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITY OF WORK

5. PRESENTS COACHING SERVICES THROUGH USING A VARIETY OF INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES OR FORMATS, SUCH AS ROLE PLAYING, SIMULATIONS, TEAM EXERCISES, GROUP DISCUSSIONS, VIDEOS, OR LECTURES,
6. COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH YOUTH AND PROVIDE SUPPORT AS NEEDED,
7. FACILITATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALL PROJECT- RELATED ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS, SUCH AS PAYMENT OF INCENTIVES AND SEED CAPITAL INSTALMENTS.
8. PREPARE AD-HOC REPORTS WHEN NEEDED;
9. PERFORMS OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS AS REQUIRED OR AS DIRECTED BY MANAGEMENT
