Implements the standard procedure related to the control and archive all internal and external documents.
* Maintains a list of the aircraft technical manuals available with their revision date and their expected revision
date as per the manufacturer’s procedures.
* Maintains updated revisions of all aircraft technical manuals and ensures direct access to all maintenance
staff.
* Maintains records of all accomplished work and associated CRS for the required period of retention.
* Maintains a record of aircraft reports, a record of all accident, incident or hazard reports issued by
maintenance staff.
* Maintains an updated copy of all company’s manuals that should be available at Maintenance.
* Distributes and place all circulars and documents that concern maintenance staff on the maintenance
bulletin board.
* Maintains a reference index that contains details of documents held (regulations manufacturer publications,
manufacturer manuals and national and international standard and codes) their location and their issue
status.
* Ensures that any withdrawn document will be returned to the technical library.
* Reviews the records stored with a view to disposition in order to remove it from FAA premises.
* Performs any related duties requested by the direct supervisor.
* Monitor, maintains and updates the technical library available at planning engineer for all aircraft manuals
and records.
Has a good background in ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation. Served as Laboratory
Internal Auditor for the ISO 17025.
* Knowledge ofdifferent ASTM, EN, IP and ISO methods on Petroleum products (Diesel, Mogas, Avgas,
Pygas, Jet fuels, Kerosene, Bunker Fuel, Crude oil, Condensate, Lubricants and Grease), Fuel Additives
(Coco methyl Ester and Ethanol) and Brake fluid.
* Hands on experience in using Gas chromatography.
* Served to supervise the nationwide project with Chevron Phils. Inc., the Caltex Fuel Integrity
Monitoring.
* Prepares/standardizes chemical reagents and standard solutions in accordance with prescribed
method.
* Experienced in calibration, verification and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
