Led operation team who achieved over 93 % availability Carbon Anodes Paste Plant after 08 months of completion of Reliability and Performance Test (Abu Dhabi, 2015).
Proved, documented and discussed with OEM, critical equipment deficiency identified in Continuous Mixer during commissioning of Carbon Anodes Paste Plant (Abu Dhabi, 2014); case accepted and solved by OEM.
Prevented long delay in project schedule, with important economic implications when identified wrong installation of Pressure Valves in Hot Oil Circulating System during construction of Carbon Anodes Paste Plant (Abu Dhabi, 2015).
Identified root causes of high rejection (+ 40 %) of carbon-baked anodes and implement actions to bring it to accepted range (- 2%); just during first week as responsible of operation of Carbon Anode Baked Furnace (Venezuela, 2006).
Identified root causes of premature bearing failure in heavy-duty classifying screens and implement actions; bearing life change from less than two weeks to more than 15 months (Venezuela, 1992).
