o Create a plan each month for my team to target possible customers/companies.

o Conduct meetings with General Managers from different companies and industries in Jordan. Through such meetings, I was responsible for studying their balance sheets, salaries to analyze their financial status and recommend a banking product suitable for their needs

o Being able to achieve the target specified to me using different marketing strategies (phone calls, personal meetings, presentations etc)

o Follow up with my customers and assure customers satisfaction and provide after selling services to build strong customer relationships.

o Responsible for training new employees and assure that they are following the bank standards and monitor their quality of work. That is followed by conducting performance review meetings with the employees.


As an appreciation of my continuous efforts and outstanding performance I received the following awards from the Standard Chartered Bank.

• In March 2006, I was rewarded for being the best sales representative at that month.

• At the end of 2006, I was rewarded as the best employee for the year for target fulfillment
