o Create a plan each month for my team to target possible customers/companies.

o Conduct meetings with General Managers from different companies and industries in Jordan. Through such meetings, I was responsible for studying their balance sheets, salaries to analyze their financial status and recommend a banking product suitable for their needs

o Follow up with my customers and assure customers satisfaction and provide after selling services to build strong customer relationships.

o Responsible for training new employees and assure that they are following the bank standards and monitor their quality of work. That is followed by conducting performance review meetings with the employees.
