ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Use the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) to create and update employee’s files and information.
o Work on (Green HR environment) initiative.
o Manage and handle all the process for employee health insurance (starting from requesting of quotation, quotation approvals, then issue of insurance, card cancellation, claim etc.).
o Implementing performance evaluation, mediator between the functional heads or reviewing authorities and the employee, and ensure a smooth implementation of the evaluation process.
o Follow-up the HR KPI's and reports.
o Schedule interview with candidates and coordinate with technical interview panel and screen all candidates based on the educational qualifications and job requirements.
o Participate in interviews and ensure transparency in the process.
o Participate in creating a Job Description database and ensure its updated regularly
o Ensure that the web recruiter is updated at all times.
o Complete all the recruitment files and updated with every process of recruitment, and send apology letters for the unacceptable candidates.
o Take initiatives in provide an encouraging work environment, arrange social activities for the staff and their families, arrange health initiatives for staff, participate in all national events and communicate with the media to cover these activities.
o Maintain and update an efficient HR database.
o Preparation of Clearance Procedures for resigned and terminated employees.
o Handling the procedures for Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions & Benefits Fund (locals only)
o Prepare official letters for end of service and end of service benefits.
o Preparing of certificates required by the employees likes salary certificates, experience certificates, letter for immigration, letter for embassy etc.
o Acting as point of contact between the auditors and the Section Managers. Coordinate between them for a smooth flow in the company audition.
o Manage all records and perform audit on all human resource reports and verify data and provide updates as required and ensure to achieve all objectives and recommend improvements to processes.
o Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
o Handling correspondence system, documents and reports, organize and maintain file records and databases.
o Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the administration process.
