• Manage seven field centers in the North and Akkar

• Ensure proper management and tracking of the budget, with monthly forecasts and ensure that expenses have been allocated to the correct budget lines
• Contributed to fulfilling its mission and vision and Oversaw and contributed to strategic planning.
• Worked with the Executive Director to find the resources needed for its mission and to finance its programs.

• Acted as field coordinator for the emergency response in Beirut (coordinating between all sectors and with local authorities and other organizations)
• Led on the livelihood program (capacity building, cash assistance and development)
• Led the implementation and budget spending of the projects.

• Lead on the coordination under Bab Rezeik Consortium
• Recruited project teams and external consultants.
• Organized programs in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Developed a budget and operating plan for the program.
