attention to detail.
Developed and maintained business relationship with Multinational Insurance Brokers.
Involved in the development of medical corporate business.
Working in collaboration with underwriting teams to ensure all enquiries are accompanied by a full
and complete presentation of underwriting information.
Developing and maintaining excellent relations with Brokers and provide excellent service in terms of
support required by brokers ensuring satisfaction at all times
Weekly meeting arranged with the key brokers to discuss on the prospect, renewal and operational
issues.
Liaising with the operation on the pre-approval, reimbursement, network addition and invoices related issues.Preparing presentations to the clients on the policy benefit and operational process.
Negotiating with the underwriters on the renewal and new business enquiries.
Being involved from start to end process till the policy packs are handed over to the broker once the
renewal/ new business is confirmed.
Ensuring I am up to date with the regulations for DHA and HAAD.
I handle a set of brokers and their portfolio
My main objective is to increase the portfolio every year and manage the service level. I handle the employee benefit line of business that is medical and life. I go with the brokers to meet the clients and do presentation on of services and product.
